This document presents a set of policy recommendations that are an outcome of the RESPONSE project.
The project aimed to tackle gender based violence, against women with disabilities in the
European Union.
These recommendations aim to assist policymakers at regional and EU levels in
creating frameworks that effectively prevent and address gender based violence while safeguarding
the rights, safety and well being of women with disabilities.
